Delivery Lead

Working as part of a team of developers, you will deliver the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take responsibility for overall leadership and delivery of projects within Complaints requiring significant effort in business and technology processes and systems. - Control delivery of strategic priorities and roadmap and build alignment to the agreed strategy, standard, and framework. - Implement a high standard Program Management and Change Management framework (governance tools, planning, RAID, measurement, continuous improvement, etc.). - Define and implement process improvements to maximize adoption. - Plan and deliver projects/programs as per timeframe and requirements and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Metrics governance (definition, measurement, and quality control). - Utilize intermediate-level hands-on experience on Angular, JS, API, and database with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. **Qualifications Required:** - Results-driven and data-centric. - Excellent presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams. - Strong organizational skills along with the proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects/tasks. - Excellent communication skills, articulate communication/writing skills.
