Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Delegate Acquisition role based in Mumbai. The Delegate Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming industry professionals to participate in B2B events hosted by Biz Millennium. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with prospective delegates, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and maximizing attendance for our events while ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Research and Data Collection to identify potential delegates and analyze industry trends.
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management to effectively engage with industry professionals and secure attendance.
• Experience in Sales, Prospecting, and Lead Generation related to event participation and delegate acquisition.
• Organizational and Time-Management capabilities to manage multiple outreach campaigns effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in events, marketing, or business development is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
