Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Delegate Engagement Specialist. The Delegate Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing delegate communication, facilitating networking opportunities, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring a seamless event experience. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with delegates via phone and email, providing event-related information, addressing delegate inquiries, and assisting with event registration processes. The role also requires the specialist to collaborate with various teams to deliver an outstanding event experience.
