We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delegate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving delegate acquisition efforts for our upcoming conferences. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and build strong professional networks.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential conference attendees within the healthcare industry.
• Execute outreach strategies to attract and engage target delegates.
• Utilize various communication channels, including email, social media, and direct calls, to promote conference participation.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential delegates.
• Effectively communicate conference details, benefits, and key information to potential delegates.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Previous experience in delegate acquisition or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
