Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delegate Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The Delegate Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring delegates for TNS events. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a database of potential delegates, reaching out to prospective attendees via email and phone, coordinating with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, and tracking acquisition progress. The role requires strong communication and networking skills to effectively engage with potential delegates and build lasting relationships.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to track and report acquisition progress effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in event management or delegate acquisition is a plus
