About the Role

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Pedagogical Leadership

• Oversee curriculum design, academic delivery, and continuous upgradation in alignment with

  AICTE/University guidelines

  and global business trends.
• Drive innovative teaching-learning practices such as case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and industry-driven projects.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, critical thinking, and research orientation among faculty and students.
• Mentor faculty in pedagogy, research, and professional growth.

Strategic & Administrative Leadership

• Develop and implement the strategic vision of the MBA program.
• Ensure compliance with AICTE/UGC/University regulations and accreditation requirements (NAAC, NBA).
• Lead student enrollment, admission campaigns, and brand-building activities to achieve institutional growth.
• Oversee budgets, academic calendars, examinations, and program operations effectively.

Industry & Corporate Engagement

• Strengthen corporate partnerships for placements, internships, and industry-academia collaborations.
• Organize guest lectures, management conclaves, corporate talks, and workshops to bring real-world insights to the classroom.
• Promote entrepreneurship, startups, and incubation support for MBA students.

Research, Development & Global Exposure

• Encourage faculty and student research publications in reputed journals.
• Facilitate collaborations with international universities for exchange programs, global certifications, and joint research.
• Host seminars, conferences, and FDPs to create a vibrant academic ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Ph.D. in Management with a strong academic record.

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years of academic/industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Dean/Director/HoD) at a reputed management institute/university.
• Strong publication record in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals.
• Proven ability in institution building, academic leadership, and accreditation processes.
• Strong corporate connect and experience in building industry partnerships.
• Visionary leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
