Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
• Drive sales targets through regular dealer visits, product promotions, and effective relationship management.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, contractors, and project partners to expand business reach.
• Communicate schemes, offers, and pricing structures to the channel partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the internal project, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Plan and execute promotional events, dealer meets, and brand activation programs.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, dealer performance data, and collection updates in CRM tools.
• Handle customer/dealer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  dealer/channel sales

  — preferably from

  building materials, paints, construction, tiles, turf, or allied industries

  .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and grow dealer networks.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, field-oriented, and result-driven individual.
