As a Dealer Sales Executive at Gallant Sports & Infra Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving channel sales, strengthening dealer relationships, and expanding the market presence for our sports infrastructure products and materials. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks effectively. - Achieve sales targets through regular dealer visits, product promotions, and maintaining strong relationships. - Identify and onboard new dealers, contractors, and project partners to enhance business reach. - Communicate schemes, offers, and pricing structures to channel partners clearly. - Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and keep track of competitor activities. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and timely delivery. - Plan and execute promotional events, dealer meets, and brand activation programs. - Maintain accurate sales reports, dealer performance data, and collection updates using CRM tools. - Address customer/dealer queries promptly and ensure timely issue resolution. - Provide management with regular feedback and market insights for strategic decision-making. Requirements & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in dealer/channel sales, preferably in building materials, paints, construction, tiles, turf, or allied industries. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and expand dealer networks. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Self-motivated, field-oriented, and results-driven individual.
