Data Visualization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain
dashboards, reports, and visualizations
to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with
analytics teams, business stakeholders, and domain experts
to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Optimize visualizations for
performance, usability, and aesthetics
.
Enforce
best practices in data visualization, versioning, and governance
of visual assets.
Translate
business needs and analytics outcomes
into clear, actionable visual stories.
Maintain
data models, DAX calculations (Power BI), and ETL pipelines
to support dashboards.
Continuously improve
data visualization standards, templates, and reusable assets
.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in
business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization
roles.
Expert in
Power BI
; familiarity with
Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools
is a plus.
Strong
data modeling, SQL, DAX (Power BI), and ETL
skills.
Proven ability to
translate complex business requirements
into intuitive dashboards and reports.
Excellent
attention to detail, design sense, and storytelling skills
.
Strong
stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication
skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in
AI / ML analytics integration
with BI tools.
Knowledge of
data governance, version control, and dashboard performance optimization
.
Exposure to
large-scale data systems
or cloud BI platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Power BI Premium).
