What we are looking for:

Role: Data Scientist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing machine learning models, generating insights from data, and delivering data-driven solutions to real-world startup problems.

What you’ll do:

• Build, evaluate, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting.
• Apply algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, K-Means, and ARIMA/SARIMA.
• Perform time series forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Work with tools and libraries like scikit-learn, statsmodels, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, AI Platform).
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define and implement analytical solutions.
• Present data-driven insights in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously optimize models and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques in machine learning and data science.

Our ideal candidate:

• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
• Proven experience in both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with time series analysis and forecasting using models like ARIMA/SARIMA.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Comfortable with model evaluation techniques like cross-validation, ROC-AUC, precision-recall, etc.
• Experience in handling large-scale datasets and writing efficient data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
