Job Summary

• Apply advanced analytical techniques and statistical modeling to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
• Utilize LLM capabilities to build and solve complex business problems.
• Develop AI assets using Gen AI and Agentic AI framework. Utilize and maintain the existing assets.
• Design and create compelling data visualizations and interpretations to effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the identification and assurance of commercial opportunities and risks.
• Proactively identify areas for digital automation to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support financial reporting and analysis through data-driven insights.
• Manage and contribute to data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring data solutions address user needs and improve their experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and application of agility core practices in project execution.
  

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Data Scientist role, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong expertise in Python programming, Databricks and SQL.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure environment and various services.
• Expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, Llamaindex etc.
• Proven experience in building Gen AI application.
• Expertise in data visualization and interpretation, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with commercial assurance for external partnerships and projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in approaching data challenges and developing novel solutions.
• Familiarity with Digital Automation tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Strong understanding and application of Risk Management principles in data-driven projects.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
• Customer-centric thinking with a focus on delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Credit Management is a plus.
