Data Science Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists focused on search relevance, ranking, and recommendation systems.
• Define and deliver the roadmap for search & recommendation algorithms, balancing short-term impact and long-term innovation.
• Drive experimentation and model development using collaborative filtering, embeddings, neural retrieval, and ranking models.
• Partner with engineering to deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
• Work closely with product teams to align on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, feature engineering, and A/B testing.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest developments in AI/ML for personalized search and recommendation systems.
