Key Account Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow key accounts with a focus on IT services delivery.
  • Build strong relationships across all customer levels, from SVPs to line managers.
  • Drive revenue growth, maintain pipelines, and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients on technology solutions including AI, Data, Cloud, and ADMS.
  • Manage contracts, P&L, and CRM reporting (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years in account management or solution sales.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and technical engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working evening shift to align with USA client schedules.
