About Scorpiosys
Scorpiosys is a growing technology consulting and services company specializing in Salesforce, Cloud, AI, and enterprise solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to support data accuracy, CRM updates, and backend operations.

Role Overview

The Data Operations Associate will be responsible for data entry, system updates, CRM management, and ensuring clean and accurate information flow across business operations. Typing speed, CRM exposure, and strong attention to detail are essential. Salesforce knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry & Processing

  • Accurately input and update data in CRM systems and internal trackers.
  • Validate and clean data to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Handle bulk uploads, data corrections, exports, and formatting tasks.

2. CRM Operations

  • Work on CRM platforms to update leads, accounts, contacts, and activities.
  • Maintain high standards for data hygiene based on defined workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for CRM-driven operational tasks.
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM is preferred.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel and CRM dashboards.
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and data audit files.
  • Support MIS and data tracking tasks.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and HR teams for data-related activities.
  • Assist with document preparation, forms, and administrative support.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP basics).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Additional Advantages (as requested by you)

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (huge plus).
  • Knowledge of lead management, pipelines, or basic sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality practices.
