Data Operations Associate

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the Transformation department as a Data Operations Associate in MART. Your main responsibility will involve reporting MIS activities, analyzing data, building relationships, and communicating with internal teams for project management. Your technical knowledge will be crucial in supporting the design and development of metrics reporting to enable Operations Management to achieve their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare client-specific MIS reporting on different frequencies daily basis - Manage projects to understand and meet client expectations - Conduct requirement gathering, testing, and production live - Work on ad hoc tasks for delivering data with accuracy, timeliness, and reliability - Gather and collaborate on functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical and data requirements - Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes - Validate hypotheses, mitigate risks, and optimize solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering data-driven problem-solving or equivalent - Experience in MIS reporting in Equities operations (trades, cash, and trade life cycle) - Hands-on working experience in BI tools such as Qlikview, Alteryx, and Tableau - Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills - Project management and business analysis experience including gathering requirements, user acceptance testing, and planning - Ability to manage multiple BAU/Adhoc priorities and projects while adapting to evolving business needs - Independent problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite (Note: Additional Company Details were not present in the provided Job Description),
