Job Purpose:

To maintain, update, and manage organizational data accurately using Microsoft tools, ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal records on a regular basis
• Enter, verify, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and presentations as required by management
• Manage data in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint efficiently
• Track and organize documents, records, and reports systematically
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
• Identify data discrepancies and take corrective action
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
• Support administrative and reporting activities as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
• Good working knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in data handling, MIS, or documentation
• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in office operations, administration, or data support role is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
