Role: Data Management Executive (On-site)

full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end data management across

  Google Sheets, Google Query, Data Studio

  , FMS, PMS, and other tools
• Maintain and update internal databases and reporting dashboards
• Manage delegation processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers when required
• Provide administrative assistance and maintain accurate records
• Ensure high attention to detail and data accuracy at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong, hands-on proficiency in

  Google Sheets (mandatory)

• Expertise in:
• Google Query
• Google Data Studio
• FMS & PMS tools
• Computer literacy and fast typing skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
• Minimum:

  High School Diploma

  ; experience in a similar role preferred
