We are hiring for a Digital Transformation Consulting firm that specializes in the Advisory and implementation of AI, Automation, and Analytics strategies for the Healthcare providers. The company is headquartered in NJ, USA and its India office is in Indore, MP.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in database management, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines to drive the data initiatives in the company. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, architects, and data engineers to design, develop, and optimize data solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in database technologies, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable database, data warehouse, and ETL solutions.
Define best practices for data architecture, modeling, and governance.
Oversee data integration, transformation, and migration strategies.
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and optimization of databases and ETL pipelines.
Implement data security, compliance, and backup strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in database and data engineering roles.
Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Hands-on experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Deep understanding of ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica).
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, SQL, Shell scripting).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Knowledge of real-time data processing.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and working with ML algorithms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
