Job Description

Job Title: Data Lead.

Experience : 8-10Yr.

Location: Noida

Skills Set: Looking for a Data Lead with strong experience in DBT, Snowflake, Azure Cloud, and DevOps. Should have hands-on expertise in data pipeline design, cloud deployments, and managing end-to-end data workflows.

Budget: Maximum 28 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and architectures.
Manage end-to-end data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
Implement and optimize data models using DBT and Snowflake.
Deploy and manage cloud-based data infrastructure on Azure.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
Monitor data quality, performance, and operational issues, and implement improvements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–10 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with DBT, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or SQL.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact data projects end-to-end.
