Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data in spreadsheets, internal software, or databases (e.g., inventory, sales, payroll, attendance, production logs). Maintain records of invoices, vendor details, staff records, and other critical documentation. Ensure data accuracy by performing routine audits and verification checks. Generate periodic reports as required by the HR, Finance, and Operations teams. Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes and resolve discrepancies. Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion. Support in documentation during audits, onboarding, and exits. Requirements: Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferred but not mandatory). High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic understanding of business operations in a café or food production setting is a plus.
