Role Overview: Vanilla Miel, a patisserie and dessert caf known for craft, comfort, and quiet luxury, is seeking a creative and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead collaborations, events, and offline presence with intuition, rigour, and style. As the Manager of Brand Alliances & Experiences, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-touch experiences, strategic brand partnerships, and offline campaigns to enhance Vanilla Miel's physical brand presence in Mumbai and beyond. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute high-impact offline campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. - Identify and activate brand-building opportunities in high-traffic spaces such as hotels, lifestyle locations, and art galleries. - Ideate and execute brand storytelling across physical touchpoints like in-store displays, pop-ups, and retail placements. - Identify, negotiate, and execute luxury-aligned brand collaborations across various sectors such as F&B, fashion, art, lifestyle, and wellness. - Co-create limited edition products, campaigns, or experiences with collaborators. - Plan and execute end-to-end events including seasonal launches, private tastings, influencer previews, and flagship collaborations. - Curate immersive brand experiences that reflect Vanilla Miel's values of craftsmanship, indulgence, and storytelling. - Use data to evaluate performance, optimize future planning, and report growth. - Work closely with the Founders, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and rollout. - Keep abreast of the city's cultural landscape, new venues, personalities, and opportunities to engage. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand collaborations, or event strategy. - Deep understanding of Mumbai's cultural landscape and aspirational lifestyle brands. - Strong skills in relationship building, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional coordination. - Ability to balance aesthetics with measurable results. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Bonus points for prior experience in luxury, F&B, or lifestyle brands, a strong personal network in Mumbai's event, hospitality, or brand space, and a creative eye for design, spatial experiences, or storytelling.,
