Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large sets of data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately input, update, and maintain data into internal databases and systems.

· Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.

· Process and manage large amounts of data with a high level of accuracy and speed.

· Perform regular data audits and clean-up to ensure data quality and integrity.

· Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets for internal teams and management.

· Assist with data-related tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.

· Communicate with internal teams to resolve data issues or discrepancies.

· Organize and maintain physical or electronic files as needed.

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 60+ WPM).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

· Experience with data entry software and database systems is a plus.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with advanced Excel functions

· Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other data management systems.

· Basic knowledge of data analytics or reporting.
