Data Entry Lead

(India based) will lead and oversee the data entry team, ensuring accurate and timely input of employee and payroll-related data into internal systems. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to secure handling of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals
Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports
Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement

What We Look For

4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee data management
Preferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
