We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at Netchex. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing unparalleled service and support in resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with account inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
• Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve complex issues
• Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records
