Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.Help plan and implement large scale data modernizationLead a group of developers across time zones in completing planned activitiesDevelop and support of data pipelinesEnsure high quality product with timely delivery What you'll bring to the role:Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.What You’ll Bring To The Role
12-15 years of career work experience in Distributed data developmentExcellent understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (i.e., Data modelling, data transformations)Hands on experience with Spark, Snowflake and/or DatabricksStrong Skills in Relational Databases and writing complex SQLGood programming skills with any programming languageGood understanding of Unix shell scriptingKnowledge about DevOps implementation in data space6+ years of relevant experience to perform this role.What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley
