About Us:

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for Cisco ACI infrastructure, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem management.
Perform configuration, deployment, and upgrades of Cisco ACI components (Spine/Leaf switches, APIC controllers, etc.).
Monitor ACI fabric health, performance, and capacity, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Implement and manage ACI policies, EPGs, Bridge Domains, VRFs, and other ACI constructs.
Collaborate with L1 teams for incident escalation and provide technical guidance.
Work closely with L3 engineers for complex problem resolution and design discussions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco ACI features, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI design, implementation, and operations.
Strong expertise in Cisco ACI concepts, including Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, Application Profiles, etc.
In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), STP, HSRP/VRRP.
Experience with network virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues within an ACI environment.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Cisco CCNP Data Center or CCIE Data Center certification.
Experience with scripting languages (Python) for ACI automation.
Knowledge of other data center technologies (e.g., VMware NSX, SD-WAN).
Experience with ITIL frameworks.
