Data Analyst

Position Overview

The Data Entry Expert cum Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, validating, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing business data to support decision-making. This role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, accuracy, and the ability to prepare dashboards and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, organize, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and cross-verification from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards for management and operational teams.
• Analyze data trends and prepare summaries for performance tracking (e.g., sales, collection, HR, or operations data).
• Use formulas and functions (like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIFS, QUERY) to automate calculations and simplify reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect updated data and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify inconsistencies or errors in data and resolve them proactively.
• Assist management with data-driven insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company information.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards).
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Good logical and numerical reasoning.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with repetitive data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, MIS reporting, or basic data analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel Macros, or Power Query will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in fintech, finance, or operations will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
