Job Description

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s detail-oriented and tech-savvy to turn data into insights that help our teams make better decisions. If you enjoy working with data, Excel dashboards, and e-commerce metrics — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, website, marketing, and operations sources.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports.
Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support business growth.
Work with the marketing, design, and operations teams to share actionable data insights.
Support automation of reports and improve data accuracy.
Assist in forecasting, inventory, and campaign analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or a similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, data visualization tools (like Power BI / Google Data Studio preferred).
Basic understanding of SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.
Comfort working with large data sets and multiple platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
