Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to help drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create data models and conduct predictive analysis as needed. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and management. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Python, R, or SAS is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus. Show more Show less
