Data Analyst

The ideal candidate is proficient with data, disciplined with CRM, understands the basics of digital marketing, can quickly learn real estate processes, and can convert numbers into simple, actionable insights — regardless of whether they come from the real estate industry or not.

1. Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills

• Excellent with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts).
• Can create daily/weekly MIS, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Able to interpret data and explain what is happening and why.

2. CRM Handling & Data Discipline

· Must know how to use any CRM, such as:
LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot

• Should maintain 100% clean data: statuses, notes, follow-ups, lead assignment.
• Able to analyse CRM funnel movements and highlight bottlenecks.

3. Digital Marketing Platform Exposure

Even basic knowledge is fine; real estate experience is not mandatory. Should know how to read performance from:

• Google Ads Dashboard
• Meta Ads Manager
• Housing.com / 99acres / MagicBricks dashboards

4. Tele calling & Sales Coordination

Familiar with:

• Exotel / Knowlarity / MyOperator call logs
• Understanding follow-up frequency and response time
• Coordinating with tele callers and sales to check progress on leads

Does not require a real estate background — only needs to follow the data flow.

6. Market Awareness (Can Be Trained)

Should be able to gather and compare:

• Competitor prices, Project features, Offers and trends
• Locality data (schools, hospitals, infra updates)

Industry experience is NOT compulsory — only curiosity and research skills.

7. Tools & Platforms He Will Actively Work On

He should be comfortable with:

• Excel / Sheets/ Power BI / Google Data Studio
• CRM Tools
• Google Ads + Meta Ads
• Housing / 99acres dashboards
• Tele calling tools
• Gmail / Outlook / WhatsApp / Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore Racecourse, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Data analytics: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
