Your role will involve actively engaging with potential clients, conducting property presentations, building strong relationships, understanding client requirements, negotiating deals, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns, preparing accurate sales reports, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as fluency in Malayalam and familiarity with the real estate market in Thrissur.
