About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, validating data accuracy, and supporting business teams with actionable insights. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple data systems to deliver high-quality analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and performance tuning
✓ Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
✓ Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation across multiple data sources✓ Optimize slow-running queries and improve database performance✓ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and key business insights✓ Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions✓ Validate data quality, reconcile mismatches, and ensure accuracy in all reports and dashboards✓ Build automated reports, refresh schedules, and reusable data models✓ Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and ensure availability of required datasets✓ Document logic, data definitions, SQL scripts, and dashboard specifications✓ Support ad-hoc data requests and deliver insights in a timely manner✓ Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Expertise in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, CTEs, indexing, performance tuning)
• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau (data modeling, LODs, complex calculations, dashboard design)
• Working knowledge of Power BI for report creation and visualization
• Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows
• Knowledge of Excel, Python, or ETL tools is a plus

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process efficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

✓ 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or SQL/Reporting Analyst
✓ Proven experience in SQL query optimization, Tableau development, and business reporting.✓ Exposure to client or stakeholder interactions is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
