Job Title: Tableau Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Full-time, Work From Office (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our BI and analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that help drive strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn raw data into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and visual solutions
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability
Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud databases, etc.)
Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy of reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and insights
Maintain documentation of dashboards, data models, and design decisions
Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and user training as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development
Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and UX best practices
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
Experience with data blending, LOD expressions, parameters, and dashboard actions
Understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
