What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines

  for robust analytics and reporting.
• Ensure

  data accuracy and integrity

  across multiple, complex systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and various business teams to deliver actionable,

  data-driven insights

  .
• Develop compelling

  dashboards and visualizations

  (e.g., in Power BI) to support key business decisions.
• Optimize

  SQL queries

  and maintain high data performance standards.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Skills)

• 5–8 years

  of hands-on experience in data analysis, data modeling, or Business Intelligence (BI) development.

• Expert-level SQL:

  Strong command of query writing, optimization, complex joins, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in

  Python or R

  for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with

  Power BI

  (or similar tools like Tableau) for developing impactful visualizations.
• Experience working with at least one modern database (e.g.,

  Snowflake, MSSQL, MySQL, NoSQL

  ).
• Solid understanding of

  data integrity, validation, and pipeline workflows

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  and a proven ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

The Ideal Edge (Good-to-Have Skills)

• Exposure to

  Databricks

  or

  Kafka

• Experience in the

  Airline or Travel industry

• Basic understanding of SQL administration or data architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with stream or batch processing concepts.
