The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Data Science, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, along with a passion for analyzing data and training chatbots. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives. Utilize Python and Data Science tools to uncover insights and trends. Reporting & Visualization Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Advanced Excel (e. , Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP). Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting data insights to stakeholders. Chatbot Training & Optimization Train, test, and fine-tune chatbot models to enhance user experience and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot objectives and content. Data Interpretation & Recommendations Interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations to drive decision-making. Process Automation Optimize and automate recurring data-related tasks and reporting processes. Data Governance Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. Strong command of Advanced Excel (complex formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc. Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. Basic understanding of Data Science principles and techniques. Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and natural language processing (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Experience with SQL for database querying. Exposure to machine learning and statistical modeling. Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
