Data Analyst

Designation: Data Analyst Job Description: Collect, process, and analyze data from internal systems (UMS, LMS, HRMS, Finance, Admissions, etc.) for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Create and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of academic performance, admissions, attendance, placement, and fee status. Generate reports, graphs, and visualizations to support institutional reviews, audits, and leadership decision-making. Collaborate with Registrar’s Office, Academics, Finance, HR, and other departments to assess data needs and improve data utilization. Handle ad-hoc data queries, urgent insights, and special reporting requests from leadership. Qualification & Skill Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or institutional setting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau, and SQL; Python or R is a plus. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments collaboratively.
