BI Visualization Developer Power BI Developer
Location Chennai Work from Office Tier T3 We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented BI Visualization Developer with a passion for transforming healthcare data into meaningful interactive and user friendly dashboards The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Power BI SQL and data modeling and a proven track record of delivering business critical KPIs and metrics in an impactful visual format You will play a key role in enabling data driven decisions across clinical operational and financial functions in the healthcare domain Job Responsibilities Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to present complex healthcare data in a clear concise and user friendly format Work closely with business stakeholders analysts clinicians and executives to gather requirements and understand the key KPIs and performance metrics that need to be visualized Translate business needs into visually compelling and analytically rich dashboards that support strategic and operational decision making Write complex SQL queries to extract transform and analyze healthcare data from various sources e g EHRs claims data patient records EMRs Build and optimize data models star snowflake schemas to support efficient data retrieval and accurate calculations within Power BI Ensure data accuracy quality and integrity across all reports and dashboards Implement row level security RLS drill downs tooltips and custom visuals for better user interaction and experience Optimize dashboard performance and follow best practices for data visualization and usability Collaborate with data engineers data stewards and domain SMEs to understand source systems and ensure semantic alignment Prepare and maintain documentation for dashboards data sources and business logic Technical Skills experience in BI reporting development with a strong focus on Power BI Solid experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysis Proficient in data modeling concepts e g fact dimension tables relationships calculated columns measures using DAX Strong understanding of healthcare data such as patient demographics clinical metrics quality measures claims data or financial performance Experience with KPI tracking scorecards and translating healthcare operational metrics into data visualizations
