As a Data Analyst, your role will involve collecting, organizing, and cleaning large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. You will perform exploratory data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating clear and actionable reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Python libraries for data visualization - Generating descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights using tools like MS Copilot in PowerBI - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights based on data analysis - Ensuring data integrity and security by complying with data privacy policies and implementing best practices for data storage and access - Staying updated with emerging data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends to recommend improvements in data collection, processing, and analysis procedures To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field - Master's degree or relevant certifications in data analysis or business intelligence (preferred) - At least 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role - Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, Python, and R Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential soft skills for this role.
