1. Telecaller – Natural & Synthetic Rubber DivisionRole Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to support our sales and customer outreach operations for Natural Rubber (NR) and Synthetic Rubber (SR) products. The role involves lead generation, follow-ups, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers in automotive, footwear, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Share product details for NR and SR grades (RSS, ISNR, Latex, EPDM, NBR, SBR, etc.).
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and customer data.
• Handle basic customer queries and forward complex inquiries to sales executives.
• Send quotations, product catalogs, and follow-up messages.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic understanding of industrial/raw material markets (preferred).
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Organized and data-oriented.

Experience

• 0–2 years in tele calling or inside sales (B2B preferred).

2. Data Analyst – Natural & Synthetic Rubber Division Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst to manage and analyze data related to sales, pricing, inventory, and customer behavior in the Natural & Synthetic Rubber industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pricing trends, and consumption data of NR/SR grades.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor market price movements of RSS, ISNR, Latex, EPDM, NBR, SBR, and other polymers.
• Validate GST billing details, invoice accuracy, and customer records.
• Create dashboards for sales forecasting and inventory planning.
• Support the sales, accounts, and operations teams with data-driven insights.
• Maintain and clean CRM/ERP databases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret raw data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of industrial/raw material markets is a plus.

Experience

• 1–3 years in data analysis, MIS reporting, or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong analytical skills may also be considered.

Work Location

NCR (Delhi or Faridabad) or as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
