Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead complex analytics projects, making strategic technical decisions.
Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship.
Oversee the technical aspects of multiple analytics projects.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to define technical strategy.
Influence architectural decisions at an organizational level.

Mandatory Skills

Proficient in analytics tools and technologies
Understanding of data integration and business intelligence concepts - Experience in software development life cycle
Ability to work with a diverse cross-functional team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to create and maintain documentation for analytics code, processes, and system architecture.
Leadership and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of analytics methods.

Preferred Skills

Experience with leading complex analytics projects
Knowledge of advanced data modeling and transformation techniques - Familiarity with cloud-based analytics solutions
Interest in emerging trends in analytics technologies.
Mentorship and coaching abilities
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Expertise in Excel and SQL.
Deep understanding of payer reimbursement, coding standards, and compliance.

Shift Timing - 4 PM to 2 AM
