Job Description

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Factory (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience: 6–12 months as a Data Analyst or Data Analyst Certification

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize daily production and operational data.
Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and irregularities.
Maintain, update, and track PMS data for all employees.
Ensure timely input of PMS data and accurately track changes, scores, and department updates.
Generate MIS reports for management on a regular basis.
Maintain data dashboards, trackers, and databases systematically.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
Highlight data discrepancies for immediate corrective action.
Prepare charts, summaries, and visual reports for easy understanding.
Ensure proper data documentation, backup, and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Data Analyst Certification or 6–12 months of relevant experience.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Charts).
Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in data cleaning, data organization, and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle and track PMS-related data efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
