Role Overview :

We’re hiring a  hands-on Data Analyst to help build and maintain basic visibility into business and product performance. This role focuses primarily on working with existing data, building dashboards, and ensuring core metrics are visible and usable.

The role will also contribute to insights and root-cause analysis, in partnership with the Founder’s Office and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with existing data to build and maintain

  dashboards and reports

  ensuring core metrics are visible , consistent and easy to understand
• Update and monitor dashboards regularly to support day-to-day decision making
• Work along with Product and Strategy team to support analysis and Root Cause Investigation when behaviour changes
• Contributing to experiments and execution across new initiatives as needed

What are we looking for :

• 1–2 years of full-time work experience in Data Analyst/Business Analyst role
• Ability to write complex SQL stored procedures, views, functions, strong performance tuning
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities, and in-depth understanding of data
• Experience working with relational databases (Postgres preferred)
• Familiarity with ETL/Data Warehouses/BI tools (Superset preferred)
