Role Description

We are looking for product designers who thrive in thinking through complex systems and delivering solutions that are habit-forming for the clients. Research is at the core of our solutions with a key emphasis on how data is synthesized into an actionable feature.

The product designer will work closely with product managers, engineers and business teams throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative but fast, changing and ambiguous environment.

Understanding of the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer during product development.

Passion for shipping consumer-facing high-quality products. Launched features/products to external customers (either B2C or B2B).

Ability to understand and evaluate complex engineering systems and suggest creative solutions by collaborating closely with engineering.

Excellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows 

You should apply if :

• Have 2–4 years of design experience
• Are proficient in Figma (mandatory) and comfortable with Lottie/animation tools
• Bring strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
• Have shipped consumer-facing (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) products
• Think not just about UI/UX, but also about motion and interaction flows
• Deeply understand design systems and tightly incorporate research in your process
• Envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and magical
• Can transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, easy-to-use designs
• Are comfortable with ambiguity, work from first principles, and turn broad ideas into action
• Have empathy, creativity, and a love for ideation and building
• Possess business acumen to appreciate levers of growth and profitability
• Seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback-driven cultures
• (Bonus) Have experience designing Payments/Checkout experiences
