Summary:

Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Data Management

• Develop and maintain

  management and production reports

  across all servicing areas.
• Fulfill ad hoc

  data requests

  and resolve reporting or system-related issues.
• Create

  standard reports

  to monitor key servicing metrics using tools such as

  Snowflake SQL

  ,

  Power BI

  ,

  Tableau

  ,

  Python

  , and

  SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

  .
• Maintain and enhance existing reports — troubleshoot errors, update business logic, and improve data clarity and effectiveness.
• Support production applications and assist in the transition of applications into long-term IT solutions.

2. Strategic Analysis & Process Improvement

• Design and deliver analytical reporting to

  identify operational efficiency and performance improvement opportunities

  .
• Conduct

  ad hoc analyses

  on servicing metrics, including

  collection efficiency

  and

  portfolio performance trends

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely solutions aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Regularly communicate project updates and insights to managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an

  analytical or technical field

  (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems).

• Minimum 2 years

  of experience in an analytical or reporting-focused role.
• Proven ability to access, manipulate, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Hands-on experience with

  Snowflake

  ,

  Teradata

  ,

  Python

  ,

  Tableau

  , or

  Power BI

  .
• Programming experience in

  Python

  or other object-oriented languages preferred.
• Experience with

  data visualization tools

  (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.
