Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Office of the Managing Director at our Kolkata Head Office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, Power BI, and data visualization, and the ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership. This position offers significant visibility and requires a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage comprehensive MIS reports and analytical dashboards for top management.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather, validate, and consolidate data inputs.
• Provide analytical support to the Managing Director through timely reports, data-driven presentations, and business insights.
• Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Travel to company locations for business meetings, reviews, and data collection as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
• Professional attitude and prior experience engaging with senior management or leadership teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
