We’re now looking for a Data Analyst to turn our production, sales, and consumer data into insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Job Summary

The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing functions. This role is crucial in improving operational efficiency, forecasting demand, and identifying market trends within the toy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and clean data from multiple sources such as ERP systems, sales reports, inventory databases, and production logs.
Analyze production efficiency, raw material usage, and supply chain performance to optimize costs.
Develop dashboards and reports for management using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Monitor sales trends and customer demand to assist in product planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to align data insights with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements through data-driven insights.
Support the development of predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all databases.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
Experience with statistical tools (Python, R, or SPSS).
Strong knowledge of data visualization and data cleaning techniques.
Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
