Role & responsibilities

1. Data Management & Integration

• Collect, clean, and validate data.
• Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Work with IT and ERP teams to improve data capture and automate reporting pipelines.
• Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for all analytical datasets.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for academic results, staff performance, purchases, and operational KPIs.
• Create automated MIS reports for top management, principals, and departmental heads.
• Support data-driven initiatives across Finance, HR, Academics, and Procurement.

3. Visualization & Communication

• Design clear and impactful dashboards using

• Present insights through storytelling helping non-technical users understand key findings.
• Support monthly and quarterly review meetings with data visualizations and analytical summaries.

4. Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with ERPNext developers, IT executives, and academic teams to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements using data insights.
• Ensure data integrity and security in compliance with CMS policies and India's

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

• Hands-on experience with

• Intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.

• Knowledge of data quality, validation, and cleansing techniques

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative mindset comfortable working with IT, academics, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors

  Masters

  degree

  in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 1-3

  years

  of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Certification in
