Role Overview: We are looking for a D2C Marketing Specialist who is passionate about performance-driven marketing and the world of wellness. The ideal candidate will be data-centric, results-oriented, and comfortable managing end-to-end campaigns across e-commerce platforms. You'll play a key role in scaling our digital storefront and marketing funnels. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Store Management: * Oversee daily operations of the Fitspire Shopify store * Optimize product listings, landing pages, and checkout flows * Collaborate with designers/developers for a smooth UX/UI experience Meta & Google Ads Execution: * Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) * Track and improve ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key performance metrics * Execute remarketing and full-funnel strategies for supplements and wellness products WhatsApp Marketing (GoKwik Integration): * Launch automated/manual campaigns for abandoned cart recovery, COD confirmations, and re-engagement * Track campaign performance and refine content/messaging based on insights Campaign Management: * Manage new product launches, festive promotions, and influencer collaborations * Coordinate with creative and content teams for impactful assets Analytics & Reporting: * Monitor and report on weekly marketing performance * Conduct A/B testing and recommend data-driven strategies for growth Requirements: * 2-4 years of D2C marketing experience, ideally in health, wellness, or FMCG * Proven success managing Shopify and related apps * Expertise in Meta and Google Ads campaign management * Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools like GoKwik * Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets) * Clear understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels * Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join Fitspire? * Be part of a fast-growing, health-driven D2C brand * Work in an innovative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment * Make a real impact in the wellness and fitness industry * Competitive compensation and ample growth opportunities Show more Show less
