D2C Marketing Specialist – Cosma Health

About Cosma Health

Cosma Health, previously Femacare, is pioneering multi-prevention, non-hormonal solutions for women’s health. As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, Cosma Health leverages e-commerce and digital channels to engage, educate, and empower consumers directly, breaking taboos and providing safe, accessible therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop, launch, and optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns across all digital channels (paid, organic, and owned).

• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign and customer data to extract actionable insights, measure performance, and suggest improvements focused on growth and ROI.

• Audience Segmentation: Develop and refine segmentation strategies to tailor offers for diverse consumer profiles, optimizing customer journeys and conversion rates.

• A/B Testing: Lead the testing of creative assets, landing pages, and offers to boost campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rate metrics.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing channels, continuously collecting and applying data.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, brand, and data teams to ensure a consistent, compliant, and impactful marketing message.

• Build Brand Advocacy: Cultivate and actively engage brand advocates, leveraging user-generated content, testimonials, and community-building activities around women’s health.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with trends in women’s health, D2C marketing innovations, e-commerce, social commerce, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of demonstrable D2C or digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands.

• Deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer acquisition, and retention tactics.

• Proven expertise in digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, campaign analytics, and CRM tools.

• Strong creative and analytical skills; ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Passion for women’s health, purpose-driven marketing, and educating consumers.

• Bonus: Experience with health-tech, subscription models, or sensitive category marketing (taboo health, sexual wellness, etc.).
