As a D2C Marketing Specialist at Cosma Health, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention campaigns across various digital channels. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of demonstrable D2C or digital marketing experience. A deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer acquisition, and retention tactics is crucial, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands. Proficiency in digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, campaign analytics, and CRM tools is essential. Strong creative and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities, will be key to your success.
